A Biodynamic Touch retreat-training, in the heart of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, in Pisac, Peru.

Module 1 - Sacred Space - January 18-24 2027

New Module * Rite of passage - Birth | Biodynamic Constellation work

Jan 27 - Feb 2, 2027

Peru

Some lands teach before a word is spoken. The Sacred Valley is one of them.

Melissa Wasi is a living garden nestled in Pisac, in the peaceful La Rinconada neighborhood, among mountains, eucalyptus and birdsong. Once a simple pasture, transformed over the years into a true retreat center, it has kept its original spirit: a simple, warm hospitality where you quickly feel part of the family of the place. The crisp Andean air, the slowness, the silence punctuated by birds — everything here invites what our work asks for: to slow down, and to listen.

It is no accident that so many paths of healing pass through this valley. The land carries a living memory — of ancestors, of presences, of a deeply rooted tradition of care. We come to work in relationship with it: not to pass through it, but to listen to it, and to let it be a third partner in the room, alongside each of us.

Rites of Passage : Birth — Symbolic Initiation & Family Constellations

Level I - Sacred Space

Module I will be held on the first week as it is a beautiful way to connect with the land, for anyone wishing to learn about the field, this is the best entry point. For those wishing to repeat this module in Peru you will get to feel how different it is in each environment.

“Biodynamic” means attuning to the intelligence of life itself—the body, the breath, the unseen forces shaping our existence. “Touch” is the meeting point of two awarenesses: yours and another’s, yours and nature’s. A moment of presence in the unknown.

Touch begins before contact—with awareness, boundaries, and invitation. It is an unfolding dialogue, a conversation with space, with sensation, with what wants to emerge.

These classes are both a retreat and a training, depending on how you wish to receive them. They are an immersion in the evolving intelligence of consciousness, explored through the body and the unseen field that unites us all.

We cultivate awareness of our sacred space, our fluid body, and our physiology. We deepen our presence, refine our capacity to listen, and explore the relational dynamics between self and others.

In the end, what makes a skilled facilitator—whether therapist, teacher, guide, or healer—is not what we know, but how deeply we listen. The safety and spaciousness we offer are a reflection of our own journey.

We first learn about ourselves. Then we hold space for others to become who they truly are.

Birth is our very first initiation — the threshold where we learn to take our place and our responsibility in life. These transitions make us deeply permeable to imprints that shapes us long afterward. If the transition is interrupted, the body keeps the imprint. This module brings together the symbolic language and family constellation work.

You will leave knowing how to recognize the imprint of birth in a body and in a family system — and hold the space for a repair to take place, in yourself as in others.

You will leave this class with

True healing is impossible without real boundaries. In these classes, you will learn how to first discover, then honor, your own boundaries and those of others. A genuine connection to self begins with this recognition—without it, meaningful relationships cannot exist.

Awareness of Boundaries

Relational Skills

This work is inherently relational, and the presence you bring to the treatment space is key. Through this training, you will develop the capacity to hold space, listen deeply, and find resonance with others in a true compassionate way, allowing others to feel seen in your presence. Most of the work unfolds beyond what is seen or understood, and your ability to remain fully present in that space is what allows true transformation to happen.

Ease with the Unknown

What we think we know eventually dissolves, like a sandcastle meeting the tide. Knowledge is valuable, but true listening is far more essential. The universe speaks in a language beyond certainty—learning to be in relationship with the unknown opens the door to a deeper, more fluid wisdom. You’ll navigate the unknown with confidence.

Perceptual Skills

You will develop the ability to perceive the body across multiple levels—physical, fluid, and energetic—gaining a deeper understanding of its complexity. These skills will become essential foundations for therapeutic practice. Through this process, you will attune to mid-tide, fulcrums, primal orientation, embryological forces, and the living anatomy, expanding your capacity to work with the body’s innate intelligence.

Trust with Groups

Each class is a unique healing field, shaped by those who gather. The connections we form are not random—they reveal deeper patterns of individual and collective resonance. Through shared experience, we become integral parts of a greater whole, where personal symptoms and challenges offer guidance to others and vice versa. Sacred space unites our individual trajectories.

Time & Space

Healing is not bound by linear time. You will explore the deep relationship between time, space, and awareness, learning how to hold a space that transcends temporal limitations and opens new possibilities for transformation.

Acceptance

What if healing isn’t about changing what we don’t want, but fully accepting what is? True healing arises when we acknowledge our past and embrace where it leads us. This perspective shifts our understanding of growth and transformation.

Family Constellations

At times, the principles of family constellation will weave into our sessions, offering insights into healing dynamics. While not the primary focus, this approach brings a valuable lens for understanding intergenerational patterns and the deeper forces at play in the therapeutic process.

“I feel called to your classes but I am not a practitioner”

Fantastic, it will be 50% easier for you !

If you have a body, this course is for you !

This class is designed for you in mind, there’s nothing for you to do and to know in advance. We will learn to “do nothing” so if you don’t do anything already, it makes it easier :)

Having said that, of course we will learn so many things, nature has unbelievable secrets to tell us, but the practice is to do nothing, know nothing and learn how a deep state of presence creates trust. Being present with someone doesn’t require any knowledge or skills. Even the best therapist cannot force someone to feel safe.

We gather to explore how life moves through us, how our histories, memories, and experiences shape our being, and how we can meet ourselves and others with more depth and authenticity.

You are welcome to join if you feel called, curiosity, joy and a little bit of fear … of the unknown !

“I am already a therapist, teacher, practitioner”

Great ! it will be 50% easier for you !

This class is designed for yoga teachers, meditators, therapists, healers, facilitators, space holders, parents, educators, social workers, police officers and anyone curious to deepen their understanding of healing dynamics and those who wants to hold space for others. These classes offer an embodied approach to presence, touch, and relational intelligence.

It is an entry point into self-healing, an enhancement for those already in practice, and a returning ground for advanced practitioners. There is always more to discover—each time, a new unfolding.

Our own healing is essential if we wish to hold space for others.

 FAQs

Christopher Perkins, Yoga Teacher, Yandara institute

“When I first studied with JeanManuel, I didn’t know just how much it would shift my approach—not only to teaching but to holding space for transformation, in and out of the classroom. This training wasn’t just about learning a new technique, but about refining my presence, deepening my awareness, and truly listening—not just with my ears, but with my whole being. It helped me in ways I never expected, especially when working with private students, individuals with trauma, and in creating a more attuned, healing space for myself and others.”

Philip Kampfer, @generativeguidance

It’s been close to 9 years I’ve studied and spent time with Jean-Manuel.  I have no idea how many courses I’ve taken now or days we’ve spent together, but it’s been a lot. The truth is I keep coming back because every time I learn something new. Every time I leave feeling as if I know myself better, and love myself more. And every time I leave being grateful to have such an authentic and genuinely loving person as my teacher.

Jean is an endless wealth of understanding and knowledge of the human experience and healing. The curriculum of his classes is methodical and encompassing. He teaches intuitively and with structure - no class is ever a repeat. His classes always focus on meeting the needs of the group that is present and his teachings emphasize the empowerment of his students - not playing into any sort of guru/follower dynamic.
I don’t know any student of his of whom I’ve met many, who wouldn’t agree with this testimonial.

I wouldn’t write any of this if it wasn’t absolutely true for me. I couldn’t recommend Jean-Manuel more for anyone looking for an excellent curriculum and teacher.

Biodynamic Touch Retreats

The body is a mystery—a living archive of our past, a script of our unfolding future. It holds sensations, expressions, movements, and memories, inviting us to listen, to explore, and to witness its wisdom. It can be a temporary prison of the soul or a sacred temple for the greater expression of light. This mystery cannot be explained, but it can be experienced.

Jean Manuel Nadeau

Facilitator, Teacher, and Practitioner of Biodynamic Touch, a blend of Craniosacral Therapy, Relational Presence, and Symbolic Language

Jean-Manuel does not offer a technique that promises transformation, nor does he claim to have the answers. Instead, he facilitates a practice of presence—of learning to listen to the body’s wisdom, to the unspoken language of nature, and to the subtle relational fields that connect us all. He teaches how to be with the unknown rather than trying to solve it, how to meet the body not as a problem but as an unfolding mystery.

Through retreats, trainings, and online courses, Jean-Manuel cultivates spaces where healing emerges not from intervention but from resonance—where strangers come together in deep listening, bearing witness to one another’s experience, and finding in that presence a mirror for their own transformation.

His work is centred on the universal language whispered by all living being and we can hear it through a practice of listening to this intelligence within each of us, through the living fluid body our nervous system resides in. Biodynamic Touch is not simply a technique but a practice of awareness—where healing arises from attunement rather than control, from meeting the unknown rather than trying to solve it.

Jean-Manuel facilitates trainings and retreats across Bali, Norway, Canada, France, Mexico, Sicily, Sweden, and is based in Montreal, where he offers individual sessions and Family Constellation circles. His online courses and mentorship programs extend this work globally, guiding participants toward a more intimate, embodied relationship with life.

How do we meet the unknown—not to conquer it, but to converse with it? How do we truly listen—to ourselves, to each other, and to the unseen forces that shape us? In a world driven by the pursuit of answers, Jean-Manuel holds space for the wisdom that arises when we surrender to an open question.
